How to add brush to photoshop ???

I’m learning graphic and wondering how do I add brush.

I saw the tutorial on how to add brush but when I follow all the steps, nothing happen.

End up can’t do anything. Almost everything I learn need custom brush.

So tired now .. I’m going to bed soon.
